Meet The Team

London Monty

London Monty is an award-winning Product and Brand Innovation leader, recognized for his work with global icons such as AB InBev, Samsung, and IBM Studio, as well as working actively with startups and midsize firms. In addition to his industry roles, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute for Design & Merchandising (FIDM), where he teaches corporate strategy, leadership, and marketing management.

Recently, Mr. Monty spearheaded significant initiatives at Spokeo, a leader in data and search technology, and has provided strategic guidance to numerous startups, helping them to refine their product designs, scale their operations, and secure investor interest. His expertise includes: PMO scaling and oversight, Agile/Scrum product lifecyle management, leadership, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, brand campaigns & management, experiential production, marketing (including consumer insights, segmentation, CRM/SFMC, testing practices, SEO/SEM), technology (including adtech, social tools, ecomm) and consumer experience (UX, usability)

Holding an MBA from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA, Mr. Monty’s pursuits outside the professional sphere are as diverse as his career. He actively composes and produces music for film and television, volunteers with AISS to help disadvantaged youth engage with STEM fields, and enjoys keeping active with hobbies like boxing, hiking, and basketball.

Brandon Lynch

Brandon Lynch is a Los Angeles based Producer, Composer and Musician who has worked with a wide range of musical acts, both live and in-studio. Raised in the musically rich city of Detroit, Brandon developed his sound around the city’s iconic soul, funk, electronic, rock and jazz scenes. With a passion for music instilled in him from a young age, he honed his skills on the drums and has become a multi-talented musician. He attended Wayne State University where he earned degrees in Marketing and Music.

After making a name for himself in the Detroit scene, Brandon made the move to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams of creating music on a larger scale. With a unique blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and musical versatility, he has become known for his ability to bring out the best in his collaborators and to bring their musical visions to life.

On stage, Brandon shines as the drummer of the platinum-selling band "The Calling," bringing a powerful energy and undeniable groove to every performance. Renowned for their chart-topping hit "Wherever You Will Go," the band has been an iconic force in the music industry and continues to tour the world with new music to be released later this year.

Brandon is a force to be reckoned with. Whether he's playing and producing for others, working on his own projects, touring with The Calling, or curating a music production library, he is always pushing the boundaries of what's possible and elevating the art of music to new heights.
